Using online open data of artworks as the database, I utilized AI algorithm to generate the object and introduced the site’s physical conditions to drive light and shadow, and movements, refining lines, thin threads, or particles that flow and float in the space. The work is my contemplation on historical memory, digital technology, and data and information, reconceptualizing the course of change of Taiwan’s native art. It is like a meditation space, joining viewers to revisit and reconstruct our memories on history, considering the history that has already taken place and imagining the future that may likely happen.
